1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our business, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy:

50% refund if cancelled after booking but more than 14 days before check-in.

0% refund if cancelled within 14 days of check-in.

No exceptions for weather, illness, or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend trip insurance for added protection.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

3. Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets are welcome in select units with prior approval. A pet fee applies. Guests are responsible for cleanup and any damages caused.

4. Damage & Cleaning Fee
Guests are responsible for leaving the unit in reasonable condition. Excessive mess or damage will result in additional fees charged to the card on file.

5. No Smoking Policy
All units are strictly non-smoking. A $250 fee will apply for violation.

6. Weather & Acts of Nature
We are an outdoor resort experience. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather or changes in outdoor conditions. Please come prepared for the elements.
